Cherry tomatoes, Spaghetti ,Garlic, Breadcrumbs, Basil, Eye fillet of beef, Parmesan, Salt & pepper, Olive oil
Sprinkle a bit of salt, pepper and oil on the cherry tomatoes and place in a pre-heated oven, 180 degrees celsius for one hour. Place spaghetti in a pot of salted boiled water. In a heated pan, roast 1 clove of sliced garlic and 1/4 cup of bread crumbs. When the breadcrumbs are roasted toss the drained spaghetti in the pan with roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and 1 cup of grated parmesan. My husband wanted meat in his so he threw in some beef eye fillet but it's just as nice vegetarian. Serve with extra parmesan.
